Rehearsal Pan Am Pool:
4:15 p.m. - Meet in Hotel Lobby
4:30 p.m. - Leave for Pan Am Pool
4:45 p.m. - on deck
5:00 – 5:15 p.m. – General Warm up
5:15 – 5:45 p.m. – Practice Routine to music
5:45 - 6:00 p.m. - Finish practice on other side of the
Bulkhead
At the
Pan Am Pool:
6:00 - 6:30 p.m. – Team Meeting at the Pan Am Pool in the change
room.
6:30 p.m. – Parent
Meeting at the Pan Am Pool in the Lobby
-
Synchro Swimmers in bed no later than 10:00 p.m.
-Let parent know what rooms hair
is being done in
-Reminder of the parent to have
swimmers fed by 6:30 Saturday morning
-All swimmers/coaches in track
suits or pools set
***Reminder that all synchro swimmers are to be in bed no later than
10:00 p.m.***

6:00 a.m. - Swimmers are to be up
6:30 a.m. -Swimmers Fed
6:30 – 8:00 a.m. – Doing Hair and head pieces
8:10 a.m. – Meet in Hotel Lobby (Hand out snack bags and
water bottles)
8:15 a.m. – Leave for Pan Am Pool
8:30 a.m. - arrive at the Pan Am pool
8:45 a.m. - on deck
9:00 a.m. - competition begins
Clinic Pan Am Pool
8:30 a.m. - arrive at the Pan Am pool
8:45 a.m. - on deck
9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. - Crocus Challenge Begins
4:30 p.m. – Synchro Team watches Sr. Tech Team (age
13-15yrs)
Back
at Hotel
6:30-10:00 p.m. – Celebration show (Team Supper)
10:00-12:00 p.m. – Relaxing time
