Flin Flon Creighton Aqua Doves IMPORTANT parent information:

1.       If your daughter needs a black bathing suit for the Crocus Challenge, and every girl does need one, the final order is being done this week.  You can reply to this email by Thursday February 28^th with what size your daughter needs, the cost is $55 and it must be paid in full to Colleen McKee, she will be at the pool on Thursday at 7:30 to collect.

2.       There will be a parent information meeting on Friday, March 8^th at Kenda’s house 7pm (368 Green Street).  We will have a brief information meeting regarding the Crocus challenge and answer any questions you may have.  Following the meeting we will be making the girl’s headpieces.  A reminder will be sent out again closer to this date, please do your best to be there.

3.       Our water show is scheduled in Flin Flon for Tuesday April 30^th, please mark it on your calendars and tell your family to take that night off to see the progress your girls have made this year!

4.       Please don’t forget to book your hotel room before March 12, 1800-423-1337, you are responsible to make your own booking and it is MANDATORY that we all stay at the same hotel.  It will be too difficult to communicate with each other if we are all over Winnipeg and we are a team let’s have a great weekend!

5.       If you are not getting emails from synchro, please make sure craftymom@mymts.net is not in your spam, or please email the above to note that I have your correct email address.  Information is also on our blog http://ffaquadoves.blogspot.ca/, all you have to do is go to the website address, make it your favorites/bookmark the address and you can see information posted on there as well.  If you are unsure of anything please feel free to phone/email any executive members or catch up with us or the coached at the pool.  Please try not to disturb the coaches during class time though.

Crocus Challenge hotel rooms

A block of 22 rooms at the holiday inn in winnipeg is being held for us.
After taxes it is $135.95 per night.

It is booked under FF Aqua Doves, the cut off date to book is March 12,
2013.

After that extra rooms will be released. You are in charge of booking your
own room, call 1800-423-1337 to reserve.

***There is a parent meeting on Thursday, December 6th poolside at 7:30pm. We will present the current budget and this is a good time to bring up any questions or concerns you may have.

Please note on the calendar that synchro is over for the year on the 11th due to the Creighton school concert being on the 13th. On the 11th all the girls please be there for 6:30 for a Christmas party that will end at 8pm.

You will see there is a mandatory clinic for the girls and coaches on the weekend of the 26, 27, 28th. This is a fabulous learning opportunity for the girls to have time with a synchro coach coming in from Winnipeg.

Please note the final planning for this clinic is still in the works, and once the final times your girls have to be at the pool are decided I will send out that information to you.

Welcome back!

This Tuesday, September 18th at 6:30pm is the first day of synchro. Please fill out the registration form attached and have your cheque or cheques ready in order to speed up registration.

We will also have the supplies out from the locker available for purchase if you want to “stock up” for the year.
